How we handle your details
This page explains what information the Vedanta Phase II website collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to the site-visit form and to the website's use of cookies.

Who handles the marketing
Marketing for Vedanta Phase II — this website, its advertising campaigns and the first response to your enquiry — is handled on behalf of Ashadeep Group by Le Charpoi LLC. Le Charpoi LLC works only on Ashadeep Group's instructions, uses your details solely to respond to your enquiry about Vedanta Phase II, and does not use them for any other client or purpose.
What we collect
When you fill in the site-visit form we ask for your name, occupation, mobile number and email address. We also record the date and time of your request, the page you sent it from, how you reached us (for example the advertisement or link and campaign name), the last button you tapped before sending, and whether you used a phone or a computer. This helps us understand which marketing brings genuine enquiries. Nothing on the form itself is collected without you typing it in.
Why we collect it
- To call or email you back about Vedanta Phase II and arrange a site visit, which is what you asked us to do by sending the form.
- To keep a record of your enquiry so that our sales team can follow up and avoid contacting you twice.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to Ashadeep Group's projects.
Where your details go
- Our customer-relationship system, where the sales team manages enquiries.
- An email to our sales team, and a confirmation email to you.
- Le Charpoi LLC, our marketing agency, which may see enquiries in order to run the website and campaigns and to follow up on Ashadeep Group's behalf.
- A backup copy kept on the web server that hosts this site, in a folder that is not accessible from the internet.
Le Charpoi LLC and the companies that provide our CRM, email and web hosting process your details only on our instructions.
Cookies and advertising measurement
When you first visit, a small banner asks whether we may use cookies for measurement. Until you choose Accept all, the site runs in a consent-denied mode: the Google tag (Google Ads) sends only cookieless, aggregated signals, and no analytics or social-media pixels are loaded. If you accept, we may use the Google tag and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors reach the site and whether an enquiry followed an advertisement, and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram campaigns; when enabled, these services may set cookies in your browser. Your choice is remembered on this device and you can change it at any time with the Cookies link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work. How we measure the website
To improve the site, we keep our own log of anonymous activity: which buttons are tapped, how far a page is scrolled and how long it is open. Each visit gets a random session code, and the site remembers the advertisement or link that brought you (and, on this browser, your first source) so that an enquiry can be matched to it; this uses your browser’s local storage and can be cleared in your browser settings. The log contains no name, phone number, email address or IP address. To stop one connection from flooding the log, a daily counter keyed by an irreversible hash of the connection is kept and deleted the next day.
When you send the form, your email address and phone number may be passed to Google Ads in encrypted (hashed) form, only so that Google can tell that an advertisement led to your enquiry. It is not used to show you other advertisements.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as they are needed to follow up on your interest in the project, and for any period the law requires. If you ask us to, we will delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop contacting you. Write to info@ashadeepgroup.com or call +91 95098 31000. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.
